RETURN POLICY

  • Customers will be given seven days after delivery to make returns or exchanges. After seven days, a purchase is non-refundable.
  • The product(s) must be unworn and undamaged with all tags attached.
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping, for exchanges & returns. You’re welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package. 
  • If issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
  • When EEEQUAL receives the returned product, it will be inspected, and we will keep customers updated on the status of inspection.
  • Items cannot be exchanged for a product unrelated to the product purchased (Examples: you can not exchange a t-shirt for a hoodie. Exchange will be available for a different color or size of the same product purchased.)
