Customers will be given seven days after delivery to make returns or exchanges. After seven days, a purchase is non-refundable.
The product(s) must be unworn and undamaged with all tags attached.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping, for exchanges & returns. You’re welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.
If issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
When EEEQUAL receives the returned product, it will be inspected, and we will keep customers updated on the status of inspection.
Items cannot be exchanged for a product unrelated to the product purchased (Examples: you can not exchange a t-shirt for a hoodie. Exchange will be available for a different color or size of the same product purchased.)
