WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE HAS MULTIPLE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, BUT NO PACKAGE IS RECEIVED?

If the package is not able to be delivered successfully as multiple attempts were made by the carrier, you are responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange for delivery.

The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
